When I was younger and went to the gym regularly, I used to listen to OVERKILL to get me angry and pumped up to lift weights. Problem now is I am listening to OVERKILL and getting ANGRY and not having the physical activity to dissipate the rage.
So despite my original intent at an extended OVERKILL marathon, I am going to stop and slow down with some mellow music before I break shit.
