All my life, I dreamed of being far away from my step father who is a demonic toxic entity bent on spreading negative energy and anti TRUMP propaganda. And despite all the radio silence and non communication he shows up on FATHER's DAY to insult my lovely apartment and spread aspersions against the most august LADY MORGANA and my most beautiful house plants. Most people get the message when getting the extended cold shoulder, I know I do, but my Step Father LUCIFER FLATULATIS insists on stopping by just to sow discord and say bad things about my towering Amazon tropical plants I bought from WALMART a few years back. Luckily, I was in the bathroom prepping for a vamp shower and did not have to engage in humiliating small talk.
FATHER's DAY is about the one day you are not second best to your partner, 3rd best to your child, fourth best to your partner's job and fifth best to DATELINE and LAW and ORDER. It is not easy being a FATHER. It is often a thankless job, but every night I say GOODNIGHT to my son DAMIEN. Then I tell him I LOVE HIM. Finally, I give him a big kiss.
I do this because one day I will not be around and I want DAMIEN to remember how much I loved him and the good things not toxic bullshit made to demean people and make them feel bad. That is the example I had, and it taught me how powerful acting the opposite way to the EVIL you know can be.
