A Slow Dance In Hell

The fantasy dims in your eyes though I am blind

I can only feel the cold without seeing your face

The black night beckons, howling with pain as a storm brews and rain falls

Fingertips tapping on rooftops in paranormal morse code

There is so much to lose only to be lost

I can sense it in the song, in the rhythm and the rhyme

So many times we have danced and this world too must die

Even if I must face reality as the dawn draws near

Though it all has ended and dust and moonlight preach alibis

Kisses red hot with lust and erotic interludes remain still fresh with desire in dreams

This is not our last dance my darling

We will slow dance for eternity in Hell

It is all one step away

And I will never let you go.
