TOILET SPIKING is when you leave a bottle in the recycling bin half full or poop in a public toilet and refuse to flush leaving someone else to be inconvenienced and do the dirty deed.
What compounds this passive aggressive mind fuck is when you already discuss this egregious behavior and a person just keeps repeating the offense without any shame or apology.
