The thought just occurred to me that that I HAVE NEVER RELAXED in my entire life. NEVER. I am always looking in the past, wondering about the present or trying to predict the future, but I NEVER take the time just to be and enjoy the moment and block out everything else and have FAITH.
I don't trust anybody and FAITH is something that I find hard to embrace. I have a deep foreboding about the future and dismiss people's motives while being discouraged about having lasting bonds with other people.
With this in mind, I am going to RELAX...
Stay in the moment...
And throw out the garbage.
