My long dormant apartment poltergeist was acting up last night with the light flickering repeatedly even though it was turned off. I just stared and wondered what message the spirit realm was trying to send.
I decided to browse the post holiday clearance items this afternoon. I purchased a long delayed item, a disco ball. Then I got a card shuffler though I haven't played cards in years. Then I got forks and knives and a wet/dry vac.
As I was paying, some dude came up to me and accused me of taking the vac from his cart even though there was a whole shelf of them at the sweet price of $8.
I had to grab another one from the nearby shelf and the guy eventually apologized though I was probably minutes away from getting stabbed for a dispute over an $8 wet/dry vac.
