Recently, many of my orders to GOULMART have either been misdelivered or have come with items missing. It got to the point I decided to call Customer Service.
When my call connected, I was informed that the representative was artificial intelligence (AI) and despite my requests to get a human operator, the AI rep would not transfer me, so I decided to unload my issues.
The AI rep transferred me to top tier Customer Service. I was never so happy to get a Customer Service rep from Bangladesh that I could barely understand. He listened and helped me get a new wire stripper sent as a replacement. He also gave me a refund.
The next day around 2pm as scheduled a middle-aged Asian women came with the package to my door.
I was so tempted to say, "But I ordered a stripper."
