Long ago my mother came over my apartment. As we reached the door, it opened by itself. It was a door that required some effort to open yet it opened before us and my mother and I just looked at each other and after I opened the second door, we stepped in.
We both sat on the sofa and my mother immediately said how when she is at home if she is sitting on the couch sometimes out of the corner of her eye she can see an old man sitting there.
My mother never said things like that and when I tried to question her, she refused to elaborate or discuss the matter further. My mother was like that and blocked out disturbing things while I tended to explore such matters.
Was it a ghost? Was it two ghosts? I'll never know for sure.
