Somebody had already taken ALL of the candy in the bowl and when we got to the door with the bowl and the sign some dude pops out from behind the door and accuses us of taking ALL the candy.
Kind of flipped the trauma of the holiday just because this guy was too lazy to hand out candy and trusted the good will of humankind.
People are motherfuckers. Most times if you trust them they will steal and defraud you just because they can. They have no shame or integrity.
Fuck people and fuck that fucking guy.
Lesson learned.
