When I was a kid during the Halloween season, someone put this huge pumpkin in front of their door. I wondered how they even brought it there as it was so large it must have weighed over a hundred pounds.
The next day, I walked by the apartment and over the night somebody smashed the giant pumpkin into pumpkin sauce and hacked pieces.
Which goes to show you what happens when you try to be festive and fill the world with joy. Some bastard is going to ruin it all in grand malevolent fashion.
