Many years ago, a local club was having a Halloween dance / contest. I suggested to LADY MORGANA that we go as Tor Johnson and Vampira from the movie PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE. I got a Tor Johnson mask and LADY MORGANA got all vamped up as Vampira. The club was packed with people and it was hard to breathe and see through the bulky mask with just slits to look through. LADY MORGANA had to lead me across the crowded dance floor and busy club because I was effectively blinded with the mask on.
By the end of the night, I was a sweaty mess in the hot club from wearing the stifling mask, but I did it for art and nostalgia albeit at a high price.
