I had my first real solid food today since I contracted the COVID virus, chicken with mango, but my tongue still does not taste food correctly and I am aching, confused, slow and still recovering after having COVID pneumonia for a month and having a family Doctor tell me to make funeral arrangements for myself.

I have been very stubborn and noncompliant and that and not taking the vaccine almost killed me.

The last words from my mother on her death bed were "Get the vaccine."
